PII Retention

This change introduces a global setting that can only be accessed by a Global Admin. The setting allows administrators to configure the retention period for Personally Identifiable Information (PII). The retention period will be specified in days.

The retention period will also begin on the day of the space booking and will only apply to data fully controlled by Kadence. For example, data retention for room bookings will be managed within Microsoft 365, as it serves as the system of record for these types of bookings. Once the retention period has ended, all PII (names and email addresses) will be removed from the space booking. However, the booking itself will remain to provide historical occupancy insights and analytics.
