What is Active User billing?
Active user billing means we can use a fair billing method that only charges you for what you use (active user = booking made within a month). This also means as you scale, you can increase your active users in the system accordingly. Our features are geared toward people having less friction around how they choose to plan their hybrid working schedule rather than just around space booking.
What is the difference between the plans?
The Standard plan covers all essential features, including desk & room booking, visitor management and team coordination, access to on-demand spaces, and will be charged per active user. The Enterprise plans is tailored for global teams with complex workplace needs with custom pricing.
How long is the contract length?
The contract is a minimum of 1 year, billed annually. A monthly fee is displayed for comparative purposes, and all plans are billed annually.
How much does an office floor plan upload and set-up cost?
An office floor plan upload and set-up costs $250 per floor.
