Today marks a major milestone in our journey: Kadence has raised a $20 million Series A to accelerate the future of work.

The round was led by High Alpha, with participation from Kickstart, Midwich Ignite, and Four Cities Capital and Mantaray. We’re also honored to have the backing of 515 Ventures led by Frederic Kerrest (Co-Founder and Vice-Chairman of Okta) and welcome Aaron Skonnard, Co-Founder and former CEO of Pluralsight, to our board. This funding is more than just capital, it’s a signal of confidence in our mission, our customers, and the growing demand for a smarter, more human way to work.

Building the Operating System for the Modern Workplace

At Kadence, we believe the future of work isn’t about location, it’s about coordination. Whether your teams are working across four floors or four time zones, the modern workplace demands more than calendars and floorplans. It needs an operating system, one that brings people, spaces, and schedules into a single, intelligent flow.

That’s what we’ve been building. With this new funding, we’re moving faster than ever. We’ll be investing deeply in our AI roadmap, delivering powerful new features to help workplace leaders unlock performance across their two biggest assets: their people and their spaces.

Trusted by the World’s Leading Teams

Since pioneering AI-driven workplace management in 2023, we’ve had the privilege of working with forward-thinking organizations like Boeing, Ashurst, and BDO. Today, over 10,000 teams in 40+ countries use Kadence to:

  • Optimize real estate spend (20% average reduction)
  • Boost productivity (40% lift in the first year)
  • Create connected, flexible work experiences people love

From legal and finance to government and tech, our customers rely on Kadence to help them work with intention, not just presence.

This latest investment is a strong vote of confidence in Kadence’s momentum, and in our vision to reshape the future of work. We’re combining the backbone of a workplace management system with the kind of coordination layer teams actually enjoy using. The result? Companies can scale smarter, move faster, and get the most out of their people and spaces.

We’re incredibly proud to welcome Aaron Skonnard to the Kadence board. As co-founder and former CEO of Pluralsight, Aaron scaled a global, hybrid-first company long before it became the norm.

The Road Ahead

This moment is a reflection of what we’ve built, but even more so, what comes next. We’re doubling down on what makes Kadence different:

  • Integrated space, scheduling, and occupancy tools – all in one place
  • AI-powered coordination that adapts to how people actually work
  • A beautiful, flexible experience teams actually want to use

Whether you’re a workplace strategist, team lead, or CEO navigating new ways of working, Kadence gives you the tools to scale smarter, move faster, and connect better without compromise.

To our customers, investors, partners, and community: thank you for trusting us to reimagine how the world works. And to our team – your clarity, resilience, and ambition got us here. This is your milestone too. We’re just getting started!
