Anti-Spam Policy

Kadence is committed to responsible, permission-based communication. This policy applies to kadence.co and to every Kadence product and service.

 

Our PolicyKadence does not permit kadence.co, or any Kadence product or service, to be advertised or promoted using unsolicited commercial email, text messages, or other unsolicited electronic messages (“spam”). This applies to everyone who communicates on our behalf, including:– Kadence employees and contractors– Affiliates, resellers, referral and channel partners– Agencies, vendors, and any other third party acting for Kadence

 

How to communicate– We do not buy, rent, or use third-party email lists.– Marketing email is sent only to people who have opted in to hear from us.– Every marketing email includes a clear, working unsubscribe link, and opt-out requests are honoured promptly.– Our business email is one-to-one correspondence with customers, partners, and contacts we have a relationship with or have been introduced to.– Product emails (for example booking confirmations and account notices) are sent only to users of Kadence’s software.– We follow applicable laws, including the US CAN-SPAM Act, the EU and UK GDPR, the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and the Australian Spam Act 2003.– Our outbound email is authenticated for kadence.co using SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

 

EnforcementAny employee, partner, or third party found sending unsolicited messages that advertise kadence.co or Kadence services will be required to stop immediately, and their relationship with Kadence may be suspended or terminated.

 

Report spamIf you receive an unsolicited message that mentions kadence.co or claims to be from Kadence, please forward it, with full headers if possible, to abuse@kadence.co. We investigate every report.
