Is Condeco the same as Eptura Engage?
Yes. Eptura says the solution once known as Condeco is now Eptura Engage, its room and desk booking product. This page compares Kadence with Eptura Engage. Eptura sells space and scenario planning in other products, such as Serraview by Eptura, and our Kadence vs Eptura page covers the wider Eptura platform.
Can people keep booking from Outlook and Teams?
Yes. The Kadence Outlook add-in books rooms and desks from inside a meeting invite, with two-way calendar sync, and Kadence AI books desks and rooms by chat in Teams and Slack. Eptura Engage also offers an Outlook add-in and a Teams app, so people keep a familiar way to book.
How do we move from Condeco to Kadence?
Kadence imports spaces, neighborhoods and desk assignments in bulk from a spreadsheet, and directory sync brings people and teams across from Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace. Tell us when your Condeco contract renews and we will plan the switch with you.
Can our own AI assistants act on the workplace?
Yes. Kadence leads on AI for the workplace, and it's built into the platform rather than bolted on as a chatbot. Kadence MCP connects Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to Kadence, so people book desks, rooms and parking, invite visitors, and ask occupancy and planning questions from the assistants they already use, each signed in with your SSO and working under their own permissions. Kadence AI also works in Teams and Slack, and admins get the SpaceOps AI planning agent with guided workflows to restack, consolidate or find space for a team. Eptura offers the Eptura Assistant, and AI booking with Copilot in Eptura Engage.
How is Kadence priced?
Kadence bills by active user, with a one-year minimum billed annually, and you get a quote in your local currency. See kadence.co/pricing for details. Eptura sells Eptura Engage in tiers on an annual subscription based on the number of users, and does not list prices on its site.
