Is Kadence an IWMS?
Yes. Kadence is a modern IWMS: booking, visitors, occupancy, space planning and moves in one platform, with AI built in. If you use OfficeSpace for work orders or asset tracking today, tell us which modules you rely on and we will map the move with you.
Can both run scenario planning?
Yes, both state scenario and stack planning. The difference with Kadence is what happens next: the approved plan becomes scheduled moves and live desk and neighborhood assignments in WorkOps. The fair test is a floor of your own.
Can our own AI assistants act on the workplace?
Yes. Kadence leads on AI for the workplace, and it's built into the platform rather than bolted on as a chatbot. Kadence MCP connects Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to Kadence, so people book desks, rooms and parking, invite visitors, and ask occupancy and planning questions from the assistants they already use, each signed in with your SSO and working under their own permissions. Kadence AI also works in Teams and Slack, and admins get the SpaceOps AI planning agent with guided workflows to restack, consolidate or find space for a team. OfficeSpace offers AI agents inside its product and an MCP server that lets employees use OfficeSpace from Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot once an admin turns it on.
How is Kadence priced?
Kadence bills by active user, with a one-year minimum billed annually, and you get a quote in your local currency. See kadence.co/pricing for details. OfficeSpace publishes its plan tiers but not prices.
Is visitor management included in Kadence?
Yes. Visitor management is part of Kadence WorkOps, alongside desk, room and parking booking, with reporting across all of it.
