Midwich Group Expands Strategic Partnership With Kadence to Scale Hybrid Work

In June 2025, Kadence signed a strategic partnership with Midwich Group, one of the world’s most established distributors of AV and unified communications technology. The partnership gave Kadence global distribution scale and industry reach through Midwich Group’s network of integrators and their customers.

Why did Kadence partner with Midwich Group?

Kadence partnered with Midwich Group because hybrid work had become a global operational priority. Enterprise organizations were under pressure to standardize workplace strategies across regions, reduce overhead and help employees collaborate wherever they are. Midwich Group, with access to enterprise and education clients, offered the distribution scale to reach them.

The aim was to help organizations run hybrid work at enterprise level: securely, smoothly and at speed. For Kadence, that meant bringing its workplace operations platform to more teams around the world, alongside the integrations that connect it to the tools companies already use.

How did the partnership come about?

The partnership was made possible through Kadence’s relationship with Midwich Ignite, the corporate venture capital arm of Midwich Group. Kadence described it as a milestone in its mission to bring smarter workplace solutions to teams around the globe, by scaling its presence through Midwich Group’s ecosystem of integrators and their end-user relationships.

Dan Bladen, CEO and co-founder of Kadence, said at the time:

“We’re excited to be partnering with Midwich Group to make hybrid work a competitive advantage for their customers.”

What did the partnership mean for Kadence customers?

Through the partnership, Kadence expected to benefit from Midwich Group’s global reach, technical expertise and deep market knowledge. That would let Kadence meet more customers where they are and support them on the way to better hybrid work.

Morten Boll, Global UC Director of Midwich Group, said:

“We’ve teamed up with Kadence to shape the future of hybrid work. Momentum is building fast—and this collaboration reflects our commitment to innovation and delivering real value to our customers. Kadence is now part of our AV & UC ecosystem, and we’re excited to share more as things progress.”
