With this string of new updates, we’re making the Kadence Agent a whole lot smarter, so it’s easier for you to detect presence occupancy inside your office. We’re making software updates automatic so the Kadence Agent stays up to date with any new features we deploy. We’re speeding up automatic check-ins so you can check in when your computer wakes from sleep mode, or if you arrive ahead of your booking time. We’ve also included the ability to manage your notifications inside the Kadence Agent.

Improved Visibility of Space Restrictions and Assignments
We’ve improved the floor plan and booking interface to give users and admins greater clarity and control. Assigned desks, restricted areas, and booking rules are now clearly indicated with intuitive icons, tooltips, and consistent color cues, making it easy to see what’s available, what’s blocked, and what’s reserved.
This solves confusion caused by missing visual cues, especially for admins who can override booking rules. With this update, everyone can book with greater confidence and fewer errors, reducing support issues and improving workplace management.
