Remote Working Status

In today’s mix of office and remote work, team managers struggle to know when their remote employees are available to collaborate without wasting office space.

Often, employees book desks or rooms they won’t use just to show they’re around. This causes two problems: it gives false information about office use and stops others from using those spaces.

Our new Remote Working Status feature solves this. It lets employees easily check in, and show they’re available to collaborate from anywhere. This way, facility managers can see who’s around without using up office resources.

Know which building your Starred Colleague is working from

Currently from the starred colleague’s widget on the Homepage Dashboard, you can tell which office your colleagues are going to (and if they are going to a different office than yours).

This improvement now caters better for companies that have multiple offices, instantly showing users if their Starred Colleagues are going to a different office that isn’t their preferred office.

Ability to Search for Buildings

For non-Liquid space customers, users can now search for any buildings they want to make a booking in.

New Space-type : Private Office

In one of our latest releases, we shipped Additional Space-Types enabling users to book Private pods, Lockers, and Parking Spaces. Now, users will be able to add Private Offices to their floorplans too.

Add your location when Raising a Ticket

We wanted to improve the user experience for our Ticketing feature to provide more accurate data for your IT or Facility Managers.

Now, when raising a ticket, users can add their location information to let the recipient know exactly where the problem is.
