How Kadence works with the tools you already run

Microsoft 365

The Kadence app and Kadence AI work inside Microsoft Teams. The Outlook add-in books rooms from a meeting invite, and two-way calendar sync keeps Microsoft 365 room calendars and Kadence in step. People sign in with Microsoft Entra ID, and the Kadence Agent signs in silently on Windows.

Slack and Google Workspace

The Slack app and Kadence AI book desks and rooms in chat, as booking in Teams and Slack explains. Google Calendar room resources sync both ways, and Google Workspace can supply sign-in, directory sync, teams and profile photos.

Identity and HR

Single sign-on works with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google, OneLogin, JumpCloud and other SAML or OpenID Connect providers, and admins can make it mandatory. SCIM and directory sync provision users. The HR integration in WorkOps Pro syncs starters, leavers and leave dates from Workday, BambooHR or HiBob to drive seating.

Rooms and flexible space

Kadence Room Displays and visitor kiosks run on Neat devices. Kadence Flex books coworking desks and rooms worldwide through LiquidSpace.

Build your own

The public REST API covers buildings, users, bookings and check-ins. Outbound webhooks send real-time events to security or badge tools, the Audit Export API streams audit logs to your SIEM, and Kadence MCP lets AI assistants act for each person within their own permissions. FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which tools does Kadence integrate with?

Kadence works with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Slack and Google Calendar for booking; Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google, OneLogin and JumpCloud for sign-in; Workday, BambooHR and HiBob for HR data; Neat for room displays and kiosks; and LiquidSpace for coworking space. A REST API, webhooks, an Audit Export API and an MCP server cover the rest.

Does Kadence integrate with Microsoft 365?

Yes. Kadence has an app and Kadence AI in Microsoft Teams, an Outlook add-in for room booking, and two-way sync with Exchange Online room calendars. People sign in with Microsoft Entra ID, directory sync keeps users current, and the Kadence Agent signs in silently on Windows with Entra.

Can room bookings sync with Outlook and Google Calendar?

Yes. Kadence syncs both ways with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace room calendars. A room booked in Outlook or Google Calendar shows in Kadence, and a room booked in Kadence, Teams, Slack or at a Kadence Room Display shows in the calendar. Rooms nobody checks in to are released for others.

How do desk booking integrations help adoption?

People book where they already work. With Kadence, employees book desks in Microsoft Teams or Slack, by chatting with Kadence AI, or from an AI assistant through Kadence MCP, as well as in the Kadence web and mobile apps. Every booking follows the same rules and shows on the same floor plans and reports.

Can we connect Kadence to our own systems?

Yes. The public REST API, on all plans, covers buildings, users, bookings and check-ins, so badge or sign-in systems can check people in and data teams can pull bookings. Outbound webhooks send real-time events to other systems, and the Audit Export API streams audit logs to a SIEM.
