We’ve just launched SpaceOps. The world’s first AI built specifically to plan, model, schedule, and execute workplace change.

What’s new in SpaceOps

Conversational AI planning – Tell SpaceOps what you’re trying to do. Reducing your footprint by two floors? Absorbing 300 new starters? It asks the right questions, pulls in your real occupancy data, and builds a plan you can defend. No spreadsheets. No consultants.

Space planning – Take a completed stack plan all the way to a detailed seating layout. The AI agent understands your floor plans, headcount, and team structure, and builds out zone assignments and desk placements through conversation. A live floor plan updates in the sidebar as you go.

Scenario modeling – Run multiple versions of the same change side by side. Adjust headcount assumptions, swap floor allocations, stress-test the numbers, then compare before committing to anything.

Stack planning – AI-optimized team distribution across your floors, informed by actual usage patterns. Not what your directory says your headcount is, but who’s actually using the building and how often. Auto-stack suggestions with full override control.

Floor plan import and editing – Import your floor plans directly inside SpaceOps. Rearrange desks, define zones, update layouts. Draft changes stay provisional until you’re ready to publish.

Execution – When the plan is ready, SpaceOps publishes it. Floor configurations update in Kadence, team assignments go live, and the change is handed to WorkOps Pro to manage on the day. One button. No manual steps. No re-entering anything you’ve already decided.

Share-ready exports – Export your stack plan or floor plan assignment as a polished, presentation-ready document. Built for stakeholder reviews and approval conversations.
